Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or using a StoreXray audit.
1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing getstorexray.com (the "Site") or purchasing or using a StoreXray audit (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by StoreXray ("we," "us," "our"), a sole proprietorship based in California, United States.
2. What StoreXray is
StoreXray provides an automated, software-generated diagnostic report (an "Audit") of a Shopify storefront you submit. Each Audit is produced by automated systems and artificial-intelligence models that analyze publicly available information about the store at the time the Audit runs. The Audit is informational only. It is a diagnostic — not professional consulting, legal, financial, or implementation services — and we do not make any changes to your store.
3. Eligibility and your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By submitting a store URL, you represent that you own that store or are otherwise authorized to request an analysis of it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the URL and email address you provide, and you agree not to submit a URL you have no right to audit.
4. Pricing and payment
The Service is offered for a flat fee of US$49 per Audit, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details. By purchasing, you authorize the charge for the Audit you order. We may change prices prospectively, but the price shown at checkout applies to that purchase.
5. Delivery
After successful payment, your Audit is generated and delivered as a PDF to the email address you provide, typically within 10–15 minutes. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a working email address and for checking spam or filtered folders. If you do not receive your Audit, contact support@getstorexray.com.
6. Refunds
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. To request a refund within 14 days of delivery, reply to your Audit delivery email with the word "REFUND" and your Audit ID, or email support@getstorexray.com with that information. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. If you receive a refund, the license granted in Section 7 ends and you must delete the Audit.
7. License to the Audit; intellectual property
Upon full payment (and unless refunded), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Audit you purchased for your own internal business purposes. Each Audit is identified to the purchasing email address. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or publicly share the Audit, in whole or in part, or remove its identifying marks. We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, the Site, our methodology, prompts, templates, software, and the StoreXray name and brand.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit a store you are not authorized to audit; (c) resell, white-label, or redistribute the Audit or the Service; (d) copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source of the Service; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; or (f) use the Service to harass, infringe, or harm others. One purchase entitles you to one Audit of one store.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND EACH AUDIT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Audit is generated by automated systems and AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated observations. It reflects an automated analysis of publicly available information at a single point in time. We do not warrant any particular result, or any increase in revenue, conversion rate, traffic, search ranking, or AI visibility. The Audit is not professional, legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions or changes you make based on it.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOREXRAY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE AUDIT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (US$49). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StoreXray from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of a store URL you were not authorized to audit.
12. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Stripe for payments and the processors described in our Privacy Policy). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
13. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, and may update these Terms, at any time. Material changes are reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at support@getstorexray.com to try to resolve the matter informally.
